Hail Kinak,
As we walked slowly thru the tall grassy fields underneath the full glaze of the moon, only the eerie subtle sound of the wind in the weeds was heard. Then it came. The howl of a lone Growlithe in the distence. We silently crept to the sound until we could see our next opponent.
A red orange dog stood amidst the tall grass howling to the night sky. Before the down wind could give way of our presence, Cinder attacked quickly. He caught the beast of guard and scored a heavy hit. Unfortunatly, this barely seemed to phase it. The Growlithe returned with a devistating bite. Eevee screeched in pain as it was held in its massive jaws. It bite back but with no where near the force of the Growlith's. They let go of each other and assumed a good fighting distance. They leered into each others eyes, neither blinking or giving any sign of giving way. Their expressions tenced up. Tighter and tighter still. Eevee cracked an evil grin.
While the confusion of this action set in to the Growlithe, a wave of kicked up dust shot straight into its wide open eyes. It began yelping and wiping at its face with its paws. Seizing this approtunity, Cinder whipped the beast a few times and repeatively rammed it. Despite its efforts, the Growlithe still stood. It had recovered from the initial shock of the dusk kicking, and now was broiling mad (is that even an expression? I don't really know...). While its vision was still impaired, that didn't stop it from striking.
It lunged rapidly in all directions, a fury of fangs that intented to find my eevee. It made sure to keep its distance from the enraged dog. After a short while the beast tired out. Slowing down considerably, Cinder barged it square in the back as it sloped to the earth. Thinking of a great sales potential, I hurled a Pokeball...
