Blur possess the ability to distort her presense in the flow of time and space. Rather than occupying a single position at any point in time, her presence smears across the timeline, allowing her to slip ahead or reposition herself before converging to a single continuum.

History:

Blur was originally male, but she also never was given a real appearance. Since the character lacked any definition expect super speed, an ability later turned into something more original, the hero was almost entirely reinvented for End of Eternity.
