Bruug was raised with the art of war. His people were feared soldiers known across the land for their ferocity and savage strength. Gaining respect and notariety amoung such esteemed and proven champions is a difficult task, but there was one task not even the largest dared to attempt. The Tower Into Hell, Living Castle Itnecsa, rumored to be the destination of damned souls, the source of sin, and the epitome of evil itself. Braver than wise, Bruug took this challenge, promising to reach the deepest depths of the dungeon. Whether or not he ever sees his people again, his name is remembered. Not as great, not as courageous, but as "that fool".
History:
Formerly "Really Big Warrior Guy", Bruug was a character without a home. He was always musclebound meat with a really large ax but had no place to make use of them. He largely bounced around as a random insert into halfassed games and ideas that did not call for specific, character driven plots and received little to no development. It was years before he even receieved a name, Kalot.
Many years passed, and nothing new happened with the character. He was then used to fill in the spot of "big buff warrior guy", as his name so adeptly enabled him to play, in the sprint to fill out stock Rumbl-o-Rama characters. He was changed beyond recognition for this role, outside of his rarely attached name. When Dungeon Delver came about, it absorbed all sorts of orphaned characters from all sorts of genre, including the Rumbl-o-Rama bastard children. The Big Warrior was reinvented again and inserted into the series. So, technically, he parallels himself in the same series.
His moustache comes from two primary reasons. The first is that little to none of my characters had worn facial hair in the past, a trend I aimed to change in and past the Fourth Generation. Additionally, Kalot was one of the men drawn frowning constantly, which looked more like a thin upper lip hair than a mouth.
