The commander of the Rebels, this refined gentleman holds the power to unlock the terrors of one's own fears. While purely an illusion, the mental anguish can leave weaker minds as a vegetable. Despite his frightening ability and his position in the ruthless gang, Despair is very civilized, calm, and distinguished which serves to only amplify his scare tactics.

History:

Despair is a mixture of two ill defined creations who, together, made a functional unit. The basic appearance and role come from the unnamed "leader" of the Rebels, a blue clad Brit with a sketchy ability. The name comes from the cliché dark and cloaked, overlording mysterious figure who was to be the primary antagonist of the Generic Heroes series. These two half-empty cups were poured into one, undeniably filled glass.
