Farel is the loyal hound to Avyron. She is a keen hunter and fierce protector. However, Farel was, previously, a Knamu mystic. She was charged with the task of keeping on eye on the "One of Chorom's Eyes" and keeping him out of mortal danger. The extended period of transformation began to wear on her mind, and she slowly turned into the beast she pretended to be. Her true self was rediscovered upon intercepting a spell intended for her master. Separated from her master, she helped a new party to find the one they all sought.

History:

Farel began as simply a beast for use by Avyron in the early levels of the game before other allies were recruited. However, the character eventually grew into a more meanful role within the story. The beast still carries a heavy weight and bearing with the Farel character.
