A water blasting villain.

Water can be a deadly force. It can be rocketed forward with crushing force. It can be pinpointed to a fine stream that can cut steel. All of these properties, all two of them, were accessible to this foe. His soul is that of a river spirit, hence his choice in weaponry.

History:

Hydro got his appearance a lot from a G.I. Joe figure I had. He doesn't really look like it, but the whole "total containment with a visor" feel came from it. Despite being water based, he was not the rival of Flame, a fiery hero. As End of Eternity was maturing, he shifted through a phase were he was just water, like something out of a scene from Abyss. Whether or not he officially makes this transition in the story line currently is up in the air. What is still in is his drinking habit as I thought it would be funny to have a water guy drink like a fish. Problems are hilarious.
