Todo is a brave and heroic creature. When its homeland was threatened, he jumped to the chance to help. His lashing tongue is a powerful weapon. It can stick to foes strongly enough to swing them about into other foes. Another trick he likes to use is snagging onto a heavy, spiked, metal ball that he then hurls around like a flail.

History:

Todo was a character made to be used as the lead role of a "game". It was a platformer where he lept about and ensnared things with his sticky tongue. The idea never went anywhere, and all but this character remain from it. He made as a less realistic version of Ned.
