Yes, shock-ola, I am still alive! Did you miss me? ... okay, stupid question -_-' Anyhoo, I've finally linked my site to an edition of Vaporeon Babble, an interactive story that a few friends and I made long ago that's just all around nutty and brain-numbing. In addition, I've updated my creatures battle record. As a side note, another update may be a while in works. I'm going through the final two weeks of college, and it is gonna tear me up. So, admist the non-stop cramming and zero sleep, I might not be able to get that much work done. But, After that you can expect a HUGE explosion of site-related goodness. During my vacation, I plan on getting NQH back up to pace and fix the site up (actually, probably both there and here). I'll start writing the third book to Lost Soul and plan to have the first chapter appearing by the first week of the new year. The Battling Dungeon should get renovated to not only include info and what-not of the two creatures I have donated currently, but also the new... ah, I don't wanna spoil the surprise. So, sit tight.

Well, I've come to an interesting developement today. No longer can I complain about saying "Another Chronicle of Jackdaw..." because, here it is: The last of The Jackdaw Chronicles was posted today, as well as a nice little, follow up, complimentary status page for my involvement throughout the game. And, that's it. That's the last I'll ever have to say it. ... Huh. I feel so empty now...

Some brief changes. First, as you may have already seen, a new Halloween entry pic was put up today. Second, I've begun adding to the list of victories to the Battling Dungeon page so that it isn't so boring. Well, it still is, but not to me... er, for so much... Ahem, and lastly, the links page has been checked after long last, and necessary changes have been made.

Even if you're not a regular, read this one. Hilarious, I tell ya. Also, some may have noticed that today my Kamaitachi disappeared. Have no fear, it finally reached the appropriate level and is now on a well diserved vacation. For now, Schrecken, my very own Tatzelwurm, will be in its stead. I'm going to be putting up a Battling Dragons page to tribute the ones I've made and adopted. It'll be sucky for now, but will get better soon... or not :/

Belated, but still in time, this weeks updates can either be viewed as good or lousy... Please think them good. First, some good news to any NQH fans out there (the comic, and not the band that I just found out existed with the same name [hi, alex!]), I retreaved the first block of comics lost during the hacker's reign. They will be restored shortly. In other news, anyone who has ever heard of Reality's End excellent game, Arena Terrae, knows that you make little graphics for it (or can use some provided stock). Well, I took the time to make some stock (while making my own, better looking, personalized) characters. In addition, I made a very large image with close-ups of all the characters so that they can actually be seen. Whew, that's a lot of typing for a lot of nothing...

Well, I finally came into a terrible realization recently: for some reason, some freakin' moron felt it necessary to completely hack my comic website! >:| Everything is gone! He deleted all of it and replaced it with, yes, gay porn! >:( If I ever find out who did this, they will pay. Hell have not the wrath to compare, nor God enough mercy to bestow. In other news, another Chronicle of Jackdaw is up, the artwork page has been fixed, and a new entry pic has finally been put up. Whew, a lot happens over a short time when I'm not lazy or am getting screwed throuroughly, know?

Holy spladoinkle! Sorry for the absense, I just put up another hot, fresh, (two year old) Jackdaw Chronicle today. And now, my story: I've been in real trouble this last weak. Ever since I moved to my off-campus apartment (go UT!), I haven't been able to get on-line. For some reason, my modem is not connecting, but you don't care about that. The point is, the walk to a computer lab is quite a feat, and I happen to be quite a lazy sloth. You can put that together, right? Anyhoo, I finally got off my can. Hope you appreciate the effort I put into standing up after a week. Oh, and the Tatzelwurm is still sorta, uh, not up. Me lazy, me sleep now...

Surprisingly, I got something done today. Another fantastic, and one of my personal favorite, Jackdaw Chronicle is up and pimping! In soon-to-be-news, you can expect a new creature to be donated to Reality's End Battling Dragons Game, seeing how I only have a week till I'm off to college and want to get it made before then (it'll be a tatzelwurm, by the who). And, finally, the Artwork section is still down. I was suppose to have been revamped a long time ago, but, for those of you who know anything about FTP, I uploaded all the images in ASCII format instead of binary. ... That's not good. Anyhoo, not wanting to push my servicer's limit, I'm holding off on uploading all those for a short while. Be patient, you aren't missing much. ... er, I mean, care. Care a lot.

Another Chronicle headin' at ya! This piece, by the way, was my crowning turn, lapsing monthes in the make and earning the rank of my longest to date (until somehow I beat it later. how, I'm not sure). As you can see, the new Kamaitachi was been debuted. Whoopi! I can't really think of much else to say. I'm still waiting for a good time to work on the last bits of Lost Soul, but, unfortunately, I go visit my grandparents next weekend (who lack a computer, much like everyone in the state of Kentucky), so that will prolly get set back. ... yeah.

Here's something that has not happened for a while, now. A new addition was made to the Chronicles of Jackdaw. Ain't that freaky? In other up-coming news stuff, I have finally redrawn Kamaitachi, the beast I donated to the Reality's End game, Battling Dragons, in a fashion that I like, but not only that. I have been allowed to do a complete and massive overhaul to the statistical manufacture of the creature, and its new works are much, much better than before.

Oy, what a couple of days. But, before I get to a possibly long rant, I'll tell you what I have done for the site first. For starters, I got this pretty neat pic scanned in three different ways for extra neatness that have been laying around for a few days and the ninth chapter of Lost Soul II should be completed no later than tomorrow (there's a reason for this). Now, why everything is so screwed up: Yesterday, I began work on the most recent chapter of Lost Soul. On average, it takes me two mornings to get them finalized and pimpin'. Normally, it would have been completed today, but yesterday happened to be the day of my senior prom. Of course, I did not go to it (what am I, an idiot?). However, there was suppose to be a party going down and stuff of the like. Anyways, no party ever was spawned and I wasted the entire night staying up waiting for it not to happen, thus greatly cutting into my writin' time (I've found that I can only write effectively in the serenity of the early morning since the noise of daytime break my concentration too much). So, seeing how it was much too late to start the finishing work of the chapter, I'm just leaving it till tomorrow. So, if you don't see an update here say that it is, it will be anyways. If it isn't, you can kill me!

It's a series of short stories that I wrote as part of an on-line game, which I first signed up for exactly two years ago. Of course, I went a little over board with a lot of my turns, and they took on a shape of their own. So, bit by bit, I'll bring them to you! Just so you know, it starts off a little slow, but, boy howdy, does it pick up. Right now I just have posted the first two months of my activity. Things begin to get pretty shook up right then.

Anyhoo, over the last couple of days, I've been redrawing Kamaitachi's second form since, well, the first one I made sucked on ice! So, expect to see a new, better, less-ugly version coming up soon. This is going to be one of the first steps in my on going program of "Fixing Before the Deadline"! Right now, there's a lot of ugly stuff on my site that has to be de-uglied before I go commercial. And, hopefully, I'll be able to get a lot done for I do get Not Quite Heroes moved to KeepSpace. Time will tell.

Well, some good news and some bad. First, the good: First, #33 of NQH is on schedule, and the third chapter of Lost Soul, book two, is done! And now, the bad. I popped over to KeenSpace, where I wanted my comic to be moved to, to sign up early in case they had a waiting period before your account was set up. I figured a week or so would be plenty. ... Well, apparently the wait is four to eight weeks! So, instead of it going mega-pimp by Febuary, I'll be lucky if it can by March. April will be the latest, but I doubt it will take that long.

Today begins a new plight of mine. Not only is the 30th issue of NQH up, but now is the seventh anniversery of Rubber Man (it was sometime in January of '95 his comic first appeared), and at the end of the month will be the six month mile stone of NQH. Therefor, I am setting a goal for myself. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday NQH will be coming at you with a new issue! Why? Because Febuary 1st, NQH is going Keep Space! (that's a online comic hosting-promotion site) I've been stuck in this rut for long enough, I'm going commercial. Hope to see you there.
